Check-In Details

Check-in is located inside the main terminal building.

Arrival Time

Please arrive for check-in 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. All passengers and baggage must be checked in no later than 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time: failure to do so may result in denied boarding. If you require extra services such as wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minors, or are traveling with a pet please allow for additional time.

Special Mammoth Flights Note – Guests are allowed to check two (2) pieces of baggage with a combined total weight of up to fifty (50) pounds free of charge, including snow sports equipment. One boot bag and one ski/snowboard bag are treated as one piece of baggage. Excess baggage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. There will be a $50 charge per excess and/or overweight bag.

Parking

The 30-day parking lots may be accessed directly from the front of the terminal via the access road, or from Camino Vida Robles (one junction west of current airport main entrance) to Owens Avenue. Turn right onto Owens and the entrance to the parking area is at the top of the road. Parking is $7.00 per day and is payable by debit or credit card.

2-Hour Parking

When entering the airport, make an immediate left turn then right, to the small 2-Hour lot immediately in front of the terminal. Handicapped parking is also available in this area.

Additional Parking

Alongside the airport’s access road there is additional free 2-Hour, 4-Hour, and All Day (no overnight) parking that is available to the public.

Passenger Drop Off and Pick Up

The terminal loading zone is for active picking up and dropping off ticketed passengers.
