THE MATH

Pick the size. The per-seat math stays the same.

SEGMENTS — YOUR CHOICE
$255
PER SEAT (HHR)

SEASONS OF ACCESS

A family of four flying one round-trip uses 8 segments. At $255 a seat that's $2,040 of locked-in value. The same weekend at peak published fares would have cost $4,000 in tickets.

The Pass covers it. Pick the size that matches how often you'll fly — 10, 20, or 30 segments. Per-seat price is the same.

Segments are transferable. Use them for your family, your friends, your in-laws who never come visit. We won't ask.

FAQ

Everything you'd ask at the gate.

How does pricing work?
Two prices coexist. Regular-season published fares run $300–$500 per one-way and move with demand — peak weekends are the most expensive, low-demand midweek flights are the cheapest. Pass pricing is locked. Pass holders pay $255 per seat (HHR) or $275 (CLD) on every Pass booking, regardless of when you book or how high the published fare climbs. The Pass essentially insures you against demand spikes.
How long is the Pass good for?
Summer 2026 service (June 25 – September 7, 2026) and Winter 2026-27 service. Benefits expire April 26, 2027.
What if I don't use all 10 segments?
Segments don't roll over after April 26, 2027 — but they're transferable, so most members hand the last ones to friends or family before the season ends.
Can I use the Pass for both summer and winter?
Yes. One Pass covers both seasons of Mammoth service.
Can I change or cancel a flight?
Yes — up to 30 minutes before departure. No change fees. No cancellation fees. No call-center fees.
Is the Pass transferable?
Yes. Book whoever you want into the segments — family, friends, anyone on the reservation.
When do Pass sales close?
Tuesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:59pm Pacific — the night before summer service begins. The Pass is unavailable after that until the next sales window.
What happens if a flight is canceled?
Your segment goes back in the Pass. You re-book without penalty.
Can I buy more than one Pass?
Yes. Two-Pass families are common; some pool segments across friends.
How does this work with public charter rules?
All AA scheduled flights operate as public charters under FAA Part 135 / 14 CFR Part 380. Full terms are in the Membership Agreement at purchase.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Pass sales close Tuesday, June 24.

After that, the Pass is gone until the next window. Summer service is fifteen Fridays long. Lock the seat.
